You can return any damaged or incorrect item for a refund, within 30 day of receiving your original order. The Panaderya.ph Team must authorize all returns via the Support Email:
- Full Refund for Item will be offered: If the items you received were incorrect, damaged, missing, or not as we described them, then you’ll get a full refund for that item.
- To complete your return, please email email@example.com with the following:
- Order number
- Date Received
- Reason for return
- Deposit details for Refund
- Photo of damaged or incorrect items
