If there is one thing we love about our Pan De Sal, it is the Busog factor. Unlike other pan de sals out there with a lot of hangin in the inside, ours is sulit every bite.
It becomes extra crunchy if you cook it in your oven for a couple of minutes. Crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside.
Our Pan De Sal is best served with any palaman you can think of. Butter, corned beef, sardines, peanut butter, you name it! Its natural and pure taste is perfect for pairing - without the vanilla flavor or sweeteners used by other bakeries.
Perfect palaman: Pancit Canton, Spam, egg, Queensland butter, corned beef, ice cream, sardines, Vienna sausage, Lily's peanut butter, Cheez Whiz
Perfect panulak: Coffee or tsokolate tablea
Ingredients: Flour, sugar, yeast, salt, milk powder, water, eggs, butter, calcium propionate
Shelf life: 3 days under room temperature, 5 days if refrigerated
Storage: Keep sealed, toast 3-5 minutes / microwave 15-30 seconds before consumption
